Tasting: Beautiful ruby color, brilliant with purple reflections. It offers a complex bouquet of black fruits, spices and liquorice. Supple and greedy attack, finish on notes of liquorice.
Tasting : Sustained straw color, bright and limpid. The nose is very expressive, floral notes (hawthorn, bergamot) aromas of citrus fruits and yellow-fleshed fruits (apricot, peach). A palate appears structured, ample and fresh, with a good length. The bubbles are fine and persistent.
