Tasting: Light yellow color, brilliant and limpid. Fine and complex nose, on the grilled, buttery note, dried fruits, citrus fruits and white peach. Round, suave, concentrated palate, supported by a well-adjusted mineral freshness.

Quantity

Soil: Terraced slopes, facing east, clay-limestone with loess debris and pebbles.

Climat: semi-continental with Mediterranean influence.

Vines: Cépage : 100% Marsanne planted in 1985

Ageing: manual, stride then pressed for 3 hours, Followed by a natural settling of 24 hours.

Vinification: 2 months low temperature, entirely in 228L barrels.

Ageing: 11 months in barrel on fine lees.

Yield: 40hl/ha

Natural alcoholic degree: 13.5%vol

3 500 bottles sold.

Food and wine pairings:

Foie gras with onion confit, scallops on leek mousse, grilled prawns with Cajun spices, guinea fowl with morel cream, picodon.

Service temperature:
10 to 12°.
