Tasting: Light yellow color, brilliant and limpid. Aromatic with floral and fruity notes and gunflint. Supple attack a fresh and balanced mouth.

Quantity

Harvest : manual, crushed then pressed for 3 hours, followed by natural settling for 24 to 48 hours.

Vinification : 1 month at low temperature, in vats.

Ageing : 8 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats.

Yield : 40hl/ha

Alcoholic natural degree : 13.5%vol

Soils : Bottom of clay-limestone hillsides, place called La Beylesse, Julière and Grand Plantier.

Climat : semi-continental with Mediterranean influence.

Vines :  30% roussanne and 70% marsanne planted in 1985 ; 2004 ; 2012

Pruning : "Cordon de Royat" method
