Tasting : Light yellow color, brilliant and limpid. Fine nose with notes of apricot, toast and vanilla. Round, oily and fresh mouth at the same time, notes of candied fruits, honey, hazelnut, on an elegant woodiness.
Tasting: Pale gold color, shiny and limpid. The nose is fine and expressive, a floral bouquet, discreet milky and woody aromas. A palate of great finesse, ample and fresh, with great persistence.

Chaque année, depuis 2019, les militaire du 7e escadron et leurs familles vendangent la parcelle de la cuvée Ségovellaunes. A l'occasion de la commémoration du 11 novembre 2019 nous avons inauguré la cuvée du 7e escadrons du premier régiment de Spahis.
