Tasting : Sustained straw color, bright and limpid. The nose is very expressive, floral notes (hawthorn, bergamot) aromas of citrus fruits and yellow-fleshed fruits (apricot, peach). A palate appears structured, ample and fresh, with a good length. The bubbles are fine and persistent.

Soils : Limestone and clay.

Climat: semi-continental with Mediterranean influence.

Vines: 70% Marsanne and 30% Roussanne.

Harvest : manual, whole harvest pressing and selection of the best juices, followed by natural settling for 24 hours.

Vinification: Stainless-steel tanks.

Second fermentation: March 2018.
