1) Management:
During summer, you will be group leader of a team of 10 seasonal workers or associate group leader when another executive from the field is present on the workshop. This role requires knowing how to command and train your subordinates with kindness. To command is to foresee, order and control.
2) Wine missions (70% of your time) :
-Identify the type of intervention
-Carry out the maintenance and care of the vines
-Apply phytosanitary products in organic farming
- Management of a project on the field, coordinating the activity of a team
-Monitoring the development of the grapes
-Fruiting pruning techniques
-Disbudding techniques
- Green work techniques (leaf stripping, etc.)
-Maintenance of the surroundings of the estate
- Agronomy and plant biology
-cultural techniques
3) Pastoralism and animal traction workshop (10% of your time) :
You will be called upon to give help with the maintenance of the boxes and the sheepfold, with monitoring the herd, with the construction and maintenance of fences for the pastures...
4) Machinery (10% of your time) :
You will be required to use and provide first-level maintenance on machinery, tools and agricultural tractors.
5) Cellar (10% of your time) :
- vinification of white, red, rosé and sparkling wines
- Bottling
- Labelling when needed
6) Commercialisation
Occasionally, you will be called upon to market the estate's wines at wine fairs, open houses, etc.

Researched profile:
Can apply people with or without diploma, with or without qualification and with or without experience. We will train you in this job on the ground. People with a BTS or an agricultural license is a plus.

You will be an essential link in the field. Through your permanent contact with the seasonal workers, you will play a fundamental role in the transmission of orders and know-how.

Job outlook:
Recruitment from February 1 to July 31, 2022 on fixed-term contracts. Possibility to start in January. Extension in CDI if the first season is conclusive.
The remuneration will be based on your experience and your evolution within the company.
