October 15, 2009 is a date not to be forgotten. It was the day of the put on sale of the domain's first vintage. In 2008 the harvest was confidential and qualitative. after a year of work in the cellar, the estate now offers two cuvées to lovers of Saint-Péray.
SAINT-PERAY Rémy Nodin Cru.
This wine is vinified and aged in vats for 10 months. 100% Marsanne, it is a friant wine that is perfect for your starters. a fine mineral and floral nose, roundness in the mouth and good acidity, this wine should be consumed within two years of bottling.
SAINT-PERAY Rémy Nodin Cru La Beylesse.
This cru comes from a selection of the best plots of the place called La Beylesse. This 100% Marsanne cuvée is vinified and aged in oak barrels for a year. A dense nose, an energetic mouth and volume highlighted by an elegant woody finish. this wine is perfect with a whole meal, from shellfish to cheese, including veal rice and roast poultry. Its toasted side, toasted bread even allows it to marry with foie gras. This wine can be uncorked today, however to appreciate it at its true value, we recommend drinking it in its third year, which gives it time to open up and express its potential.
