Organoleptic characteristics of the product:
Visual aspect:
Salmon pink colour, brilliant and limpid.
Olfactory aspect:
The nose of juicy red fruits and strawberries is enhanced by spicy notes.
Taste aspect:
A mouth that appears structured, full and fresh, aromas of forest fruits and a good length. The bubbles are fine and persistent.
Tasting: Deep purple color. Aromatic violet, small red fruits (strawberry, raspberry). Supple, silky with aromas of red fruits with a slight tannic structure.
Chaque année, depuis 2019, les militaire du 7e escadron et leurs familles vendangent la parcelle de la cuvée Ségovellaunes. A l'occasion de la commémoration du 11 novembre 2019 nous avons inauguré la cuvée du 7e escadrons du premier régiment de Spahis.
