Tasting: Pale gold color, shiny and limpid. The nose is fine and expressive, a floral bouquet, discreet milky and woody aromas. A palate of great finesse, ample and fresh, with great persistence.
Tasting : Sustained straw color, bright and limpid. The nose is very expressive, floral notes (hawthorn, bergamot) aromas of citrus fruits and yellow-fleshed fruits (apricot, peach). A palate appears structured, ample and fresh, with a good length. The bubbles are fine and persistent.

This wine is a sorbet of fruits (citrus fruits) and grilled dried fruits, refreshing with "pep". It combines volume, breadth and generosity and expresses a certain fullness, with an additional dimension, the minerality, which it draws from the limestone soils.
Food and wine pairings:
Will go perfectly with crayfish or asparagus in sauce, poultry with cream or creamy goat cheese.
First vintage in 2001. With this blend of different plots, we have the ambition to express as faithfully as possible the personality of the Marsanne grape variety.
The vines, which are around thirty years old on average, are planted on colluvium mixed with granite sand and clay-limestone. Vines and wine certified organic since the 2009 vintage and conducted biodynamically.
