Gris de grenache Ardèche

Terroir:

The vineyard is located in southern Ardèche, in the communes of Valvignères and Beaulieu. This wine, made from Grenache noir grapes, from selected plots, is grown on hillsides and half-hillsides, on rocky, clay-limestone soil.

Vinification:

The harvest takes place at the beginning of September, at dawn, during the coolest hours of the day in order to preserve a maximum of aromas.
Only the first juices (free-run juice) are kept to extract all the material and aromatic richness while retaining a very salmon colour.

Viognier Grès du Trias Ardèche

Terroir:

Located in the south-east of the Ardèche, between the Coiron massif and the Cévennes Ardéchoises, the terroir of Grès offers light soils, made up of sand and gravel. Porous par excellence, they restore heat and humidity to the vines which are deeply rooted there. Viognier, our emblematic grape variety, draws its elegance and aromatic power from it.

Viognier vendanges...

Vines:

The vineyard, 100% Viognier, is located in the municipalities of Alba la Romaine, Valvignères, Rosières, Montfleury and Brujas. The plots are selected for their good exposure, well ventilated and located on hillsides and half hillsides. Yields are limited to obtain a good concentration of the grapes, which will be harvested at over-ripeness in October and exclusively by hand to produce a white wine perfectly balanced between sweetness and liveliness.

Viognier Eglantier Ardèche

Tasting:

A beautiful bright straw yellow color. The nose is rich in fruit and flowers with a dominant of pear and apricot. A fresh and greedy mouth with a final on the liveliness.

Vinification:

The vineyard is located in southern Ardèche, in the municipalities of Valvignères, Montfleury and Vogüé.
The plots are carefully selected on clay-limestone soils and granite sandstone on hillsides and terraces on soils with low yields. The grapes are picked when ripe, during the coolest hours to preserve their liveliness. After gentle pressing, the wines are aged 50% on lees in vats and 50% in oak barrels for 12 months.

Orélie Ardèche Red

Tasting:

The nose opens with pleasant aromas of red fruits and vanilla notes. On the palate, balance, freshness for this bottle raised gently, whose greedy fruitiness is savored

Vinification:

The Merlot is vinified with a short maceration and strict temperature control to extract the richness of aromas and color with a smooth structure. The Gamay, vinified in whole bunches, brings all its aromatic palette.

Tasting:

A rose petal colour, lovely aromas of cherry on the nose and on the palate, body and freshness: a rosé that is good in all respects, born from cabernet-sauvignon, grenache noir, gamay and syrah.

Vinification:

Harvest at the end of August for the Gamay and at the beginning of September for the Syrah and the Grenache, during the coolest hours to retain all the aromatic richness of these 4 grape varieties. The grape varieties are vinified separately and then blended to produce a fruity and gourmet wine.
