Organoleptic characteristics of the product:

Visual aspect:

Salmon pink colour, brilliant and limpid.

Olfactory aspect:

The nose of juicy red fruits and strawberries is enhanced by spicy notes.

Taste aspect:

A mouth that appears structured, full and fresh, aromas of forest fruits and a good length. The bubbles are fine and persistent.

Soil: rolled pebbles.

Climat: semi-continental with meidterranean influence.

Vines: 100% Syrah.

Harvest: manual, whole clusters harvest, pressing and selection of the best juice, followed by natural settling of 24 hours.

Vinification: Stainless-steel tanks.

"Liqueur d’expédition" dosage: "brut nature" (less than 2g/L of sugar)

Yield: 50hl/ha

Natural alcoholic degree: 11,5 % vol

Alcoholic degree after the second fermentation: 12.5 % vol
