Visual aspect:

Salmon pink colour, brilliant and limpid.

Olfactory aspect:

The nose of juicy red fruits and strawberries is enhanced by spicy notes.

Taste aspect:

A mouth that appears structured, full and fresh, aromas of forest fruits and a good length. The bubbles are fine and persistent.
