History:
AOC or AOP Luberon white wine produced by Léa and Mathieu Malbec. Children and grandchildren of winegrowers, passionate and lovers of vines and wine, they created the Clos du tilleul estate in 2017.
Vinification:
A blend of Roussanne and Vermentino (70/30), this white wine is aged in wood for 6 months. It is characterized by a pale yellow color with golden hues. Its nose is floral with notes of pear and yellow peach. On the palate, we find a nice roundness and a nice freshness all enhanced by notes of honey, spices, vanilla.
