History :
Le Mas du Paradis was the wine estate of Alban Pivat's great-uncle, Pierre Bonnard, who lived on Chemin du Paradise at the Petite Gorge, a hamlet located south of Chavanay, on the edge of the old National 86 and the foothills and vineyards. It was through these meetings that Alban acquired several vines which now constitute his 4-hectare estate.

Vinification :
Grapes harvested manually and sorted on the plot. In the cellar, destemming, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats and maceration for about 3 weeks with punching down and pumping over. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in barrels.
